Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
